法國mastrad 巧克力起司鍋組(彩點)

CHOCOLATE FONDUE

由不鏽鋼製成的叉子，讓接觸到食物的部分安全無虞。

瓷碗可放入微波爐和洗碗機，方便，安全。

材料：

苦甜黑巧克力（70％左右）400g

鮮奶油 400ml

作法：

1.先將巧克力切碎，再以50-60度水溫左右的熱水，隔水加熱至融化

2.待巧克力完全融化後，再加入，煮滾降溫至35度（微溫）的鮮奶油，輕緩的拌勻

3.最後倒入巧克力鍋中，就可以開動啦！
